1. How do I get started?
 

Use the contact form. Send me an E-Mail. Include a brief description of your project. Include a phone number and E-Mail address.

 

2. How do I pay for your services?
 

I accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

 

3. How long does it take to create a project?
 

It depends on the scope of the project. New designs can take a while to perfect. Usually no longer than 2 weeks.

 

4. How will I receive my order?
 

I ship FedEx for all prints. If the final product is a digital file, I'll E-Mail it to you.

 

5. Do I need to sign an agreement or contract?
 

Yes. This protects me and you against misunderstandings. It also ensures that you get the product you request.

 

6. What are the fees for custom designs?
 

The fees are:

  1. Custom Prints - the cost of the print as stated on the price list.
  2. High School / Special Event Posters - Flat fee of $50.00* - Cost of printing is extra.
  3. Business Cards - the cost of the cards as stated on the business card price list.

 

7. Do you offer discounts for fund raising for charitable organizations?
 

Yes I do. Please send me an E-Mail requesting more information.

 

8. Do I get to see the product before you ship/print it?
 

Yes. I will send you a PDF proof of the product. I require design approval before printing.
